About Mizane

Mizane (ميزان, “balance” in Arabic) is a free monthly budget planner available in English, French and Arabic. It helps you split your income with a rule recommended by personal-finance experts or with your own percentages, spread annual bills over the year, include a yearly bonus and organise your savings.

How the planner works

• Income: net salary, other income and an estimated annual bonus, either spread over 12 months or kept aside with a share sent to savings.
• Split: 50/30/20, 60/20/20, 80/20 or your own percentages.
• Annual bills: each bill becomes a monthly provision, with a 12-month calendar showing when payments fall due and how much you should already have set aside.
• Savings: emergency fund of 3 to 12 months of essential expenses, savings goals with deadlines and a compound-interest projection.

Independence and limits

Mizane is not a bank, a broker or a financial adviser and sells no financial product. The site is funded by advertising (Google AdSense). Results are estimates based on the figures you enter and do not constitute financial advice.
